Our Approach
During the past two decades Dr. Rosenberg’s Deep Plane Facelift with platysma muscle suspension has proven remarkably safe and effective in rejuvenating the aging face. Specifically, Dr. Rosenberg’s Deep Plane Facelift elevates the entire platysma muscle. It is this sheet-like muscle that falls with age and causes jowls and a loose hanging neck. For this reason, Dr. Rosenberg tightens the complete platysma muscle with stitches under the skin and thereby re-defines the jawline and neck.
Many patients requesting consultations for facelifts notice their aging faces are not consistent with their youthful energy. The Procedure

Technically known as “rhytidectomy,” a facelift is often performed in conjunction with an endoscopic brow lift, blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, or laser skin resurfacing.
